1. Who is responsible?
Ryker, trading as MyChiptuningfiles, is responsible for the processing described here. Contact: info@mychiptuningfiles.com, +31 (0)85 485 24 02. Postal contact: DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy covers mychiptuningfiles.com, the customer portal on files.mychiptuningfiles.com, related enquiry forms and the Ryker Revenue Hub administration tool.
2. Accounts, orders and support
We process information you submit, such as your name, company, contact and billing details, country, VAT information, account and tool identifiers, uploaded vehicle files, vehicle specifications and support messages. Uploaded files may contain a vehicle identification number or other identifying information; only send information needed for the service.
We use these details to answer enquiries, operate your account, supply tools and tuning files, provide technical support, process orders and payments, maintain invoices and investigate security or payment problems. Providing information necessary for an order or account is required to deliver that service. Optional advertising consent is separate.
Payments are handled by the selected payment provider, including Stripe, PayPal or Mollie where offered. The provider processes payment credentials; our order records contain payment references, amounts, currency and payment status. The applicable seller and payment route are shown in your order and invoice.
3. Reasons for processing
We process information needed to enter into and perform a contract, meet applicable accounting or other legal obligations, and protect the legitimate interests of operating and securing the service and dealing with support or disputes. Optional cookies, advertising measurement and marketing communications rely on consent where required. You can withdraw consent or object to direct marketing without closing your account. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
4. Cookies, visits and advertising measurement
Necessary cookies support sessions, security and checkout. Optional measurement services include Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta/Facebook/Instagram and Microsoft Clarity when enabled with the appropriate consent. Embedded services, such as video, booking or communication tools, may involve the provider named in that service.
Our own marketing attribution links an anonymous browser identifier, campaign tags, advertising click identifiers, referral source and visit times to a registration or order when you have accepted both analytics and marketing cookies. A visit can be linked when you later log in or register. This attribution component does not retain a raw page URL, IP address or browser fingerprint. That does not mean server security logs or external services never process an IP address.
The attribution cookie has a rolling lifetime of 90 days; your cookie preference is recorded separately. Cookie lifetime is not the same as the retention of linked account or order records. Use Cookie settings on the website to change your choice. You can also delete cookies through your browser. Withdrawal stops future consent-based collection; you may contact us about removal of earlier linked records.
5. Ryker Revenue Hub and Google account access
Ryker Revenue Hub is our staff administration tool for comparing marketing performance with registrations and paid orders. Customers do not need to connect their Google account to buy tuning files. Only authorised administrators can start a Google connection in our admin.

webmasters.readonly. The current import stores daily clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position for the selected property. - Analytics: permission
analytics.readonly. The tool reads traffic and conversion reports for the selected GA4 property and aggregated realtime visitor counts. - Google Ads: permission
adwords. Google's permission is broader than a read-only scope. The Revenue Hub reporting connection uses it to fetch account and campaign performance reports; it does not use this reporting flow to edit campaigns.
We store the selected property/account identifiers, report dates and dimensions, metrics, synchronisation status and encrypted connection credentials, including refresh tokens. Tokens are used to refresh access without asking an administrator to sign in for every report. We do not request access to Gmail messages, Drive documents, Google passwords or the private Google accounts of website visitors through this connection.
Google-derived data is used for the visible reporting functions of Revenue Hub. We do not sell it, provide it to data brokers, use it to train general-purpose AI models, or transfer it for personalised advertising or credit decisions. It is accessible to authorised staff and service providers needed to host, maintain or secure the tool, subject to the purpose of the service; disclosure may also be required by law. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
You can revoke the app's access in your Google account connections. Revocation stops future authorised API access once existing access tokens expire, but does not automatically erase reports already copied to Revenue Hub. To remove saved connection credentials or imported reports, contact info@mychiptuningfiles.com. The current report storage does not automatically delete all historical reports after a fixed number of days; they remain until removed for the reporting purpose, a deletion request or account administration.
6. Service providers and international processing
We use hosting, storage, security, email, CRM, payment and communication providers to supply the service. Depending on the feature used, these include our hosting/storage providers, Cloudflare, Mailgun, GoHighLevel, Google, Meta, Microsoft, Twilio and the payment provider. Where AI-assisted ticket drafting or translation is used, relevant ticket text and technical context may be processed by the configured AI or translation provider, including OpenAI. Staff review AI-generated ticket replies before sending.
Our business operates from the United Arab Emirates and serves customers internationally. Information may be processed in the UAE, the EEA and countries where the relevant provider operates, including the United States. Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism or additional safeguards, these must apply to that transfer. Contact us for details about the providers and transfer arrangements relevant to your information.
7. Retention and security
We retain account, enquiry and support information for as long as needed to operate the relationship, provide the requested service or address outstanding issues. Transaction and invoice information is retained for applicable legal recordkeeping periods. Security logs and backups have operational retention cycles. We assess deletion requests against any remaining legal obligations or claims. Deleting a live record does not instantly remove a copy from an existing backup; backups are handled within their lifecycle and are not used to restart marketing.
We use access restrictions and technical measures such as HTTPS and encrypted Google connection credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please do not send passwords, complete payment credentials or unnecessary personal information through support tickets.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, object to processing, withdraw consent and complain to the relevant data protection authority, including the authority where you live or work in the EEA. Email info@mychiptuningfiles.com with your request. We may need proportionate information to verify that the request concerns your data.
Marketing attribution does not prove the identity of every visitor, and we do not use it to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on customers. This policy does not change your statutory rights. We update it when our services or data practices change; the date above identifies this version.

2. Accounts, bestellingen en ondersteuning
Wij verwerken gegevens die je invult, zoals naam, bedrijf, contact- en factuurgegevens, land, btw-gegevens, account- en toolnummers, geüploade voertuigbestanden, voertuigspecificaties en supportberichten. Een bestand kan een chassisnummer of andere identificerende informatie bevatten. Stuur alleen informatie die nodig is voor de dienstverlening.
Hiermee beantwoorden wij vragen, beheren wij je account, leveren wij tools en tuningbestanden, bieden wij technische ondersteuning en verwerken wij bestellingen, betalingen en facturen. Ook gebruiken wij relevante gegevens om beveiligings- en betaalproblemen te onderzoeken. Gegevens die noodzakelijk zijn voor een bestelling of account zijn nodig om die dienst te leveren. Toestemming voor optionele advertentiemeting staat daarvan los.
Betalingen worden afgehandeld door de gekozen betaalprovider, waaronder Stripe, PayPal of Mollie waar aangeboden. De provider verwerkt de betaalgegevens. Wij bewaren onder meer betaalreferenties, bedragen, valuta en betaalstatus. De verkoper en betaalroute staan bij de bestelling en op de factuur.
3. Waarom verwerken wij gegevens?
Dat doen wij om een overeenkomst aan te gaan en uit te voeren, toepasselijke administratie- en andere wettelijke verplichtingen na te komen en gerechtvaardigde belangen te behartigen, zoals een werkende en veilige dienstverlening, ondersteuning en geschillenafhandeling. Voor optionele cookies, advertentiemeting en marketingberichten vragen wij toestemming waar dat nodig is. Je kunt toestemming intrekken of bezwaar maken tegen direct marketing zonder je account te sluiten. Intrekking maakt eerdere rechtmatige verwerking niet ongedaan.
4. Cookies, bezoeken en advertentiemeting
Noodzakelijke cookies ondersteunen sessies, beveiliging en afrekenen. Optionele meetdiensten zijn onder meer Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta/Facebook/Instagram en Microsoft Clarity, wanneer ingeschakeld met de juiste toestemming. Bij ingesloten video-, afspraak- of communicatiediensten kan de betreffende aanbieder gegevens verwerken.
Onze eigen marketingtoeschrijving koppelt een anonieme browsercode, campagnetags, advertentieklikcodes, verwijzende bron en bezoektijden aan een registratie of bestelling nadat je zowel analytics- als marketingcookies hebt geaccepteerd. De koppeling kan ontstaan wanneer je later inlogt of registreert. Dit onderdeel bewaart geen ruwe pagina-URL, IP-adres of browserfingerprint. Serverlogboeken voor beveiliging en externe diensten kunnen wel een IP-adres verwerken.
De attributiecookie heeft een verlengbare looptijd van 90 dagen. Je cookievoorkeur wordt apart bewaard. De looptijd van een cookie is niet hetzelfde als de bewaartijd van gekoppelde account- of ordergegevens. Via Cookie-instellingen op de website kun je je keuze wijzigen. Cookies kun je ook in je browser verwijderen. Intrekking stopt nieuwe verzameling op basis van die toestemming. Voor verwijdering van eerdere gekoppelde gegevens kun je contact opnemen.
5. Ryker Revenue Hub en Google-toegang
Ryker Revenue Hub is onze beheertool om marketingresultaten naast registraties en betaalde bestellingen te bekijken. Klanten hoeven geen Google-account te koppelen om tuningbestanden te kopen. Alleen bevoegde beheerders kunnen in onze admin een Google-koppeling starten.
- Search Console: toestemming
webmasters.readonly. De huidige import bewaart dagelijkse klikken, vertoningen, klikratio en gemiddelde positie van de gekozen property. - Analytics: toestemming
analytics.readonly. De tool leest verkeers- en conversierapporten van de gekozen GA4-property en geaggregeerde aantallen actuele bezoekers. - Google Ads: toestemming
adwords. Deze Google-toestemming is breder dan alleen lezen. De rapportkoppeling gebruikt haar voor account- en campagnerapporten; via deze rapportstroom worden geen campagnes aangepast.
Wij bewaren gekozen property- en accountnummers, rapportdatums, dimensies, meetwaarden, synchronisatiestatus en versleutelde toegangsgegevens, waaronder refresh tokens. Daarmee kan de tool toegang vernieuwen zonder voor ieder rapport opnieuw te laten inloggen. Deze koppeling vraagt geen toegang tot Gmail-berichten, Drive-documenten, Google-wachtwoorden of de privé-Google-accounts van websitebezoekers.
Gegevens uit Google worden gebruikt voor de zichtbare rapportfuncties van Revenue Hub. Wij verkopen ze niet, leveren ze niet aan datahandelaren, gebruiken ze niet voor het trainen van algemene AI-modellen en geven ze niet door voor gepersonaliseerde advertenties of kredietbeslissingen. Bevoegde medewerkers en dienstverleners voor hosting, onderhoud en beveiliging kunnen toegang hebben voor dat doel. Verstrekking kan daarnaast wettelijk verplicht zijn. Ons gebruik en onze overdracht van informatie uit Google-API's voldoen aan het Google API Services User Data Policy, inclusief de Limited Use-vereisten.
Je kunt de toegang intrekken via de koppelingen in je Google-account. Dit stopt toekomstige toegestane API-toegang nadat bestaande toegangstokens verlopen. Eerder gekopieerde rapporten worden daardoor niet automatisch gewist. Vraag verwijdering van opgeslagen toegangsgegevens of geïmporteerde rapporten aan via info@mychiptuningfiles.com. De huidige rapportopslag verwijdert niet automatisch alle historische rapporten na een vast aantal dagen; die blijven staan tot verwijdering voor het rapportdoel, een verwijderverzoek of accountbeheer.
6. Dienstverleners en internationale verwerking
Wij gebruiken partijen voor hosting, opslag, beveiliging, e-mail, CRM, betaling en communicatie. Afhankelijk van de gebruikte functie gaat het om onze hosting- en opslagpartijen, Cloudflare, Mailgun, GoHighLevel, Google, Meta, Microsoft, Twilio en de gekozen betaalprovider. Bij AI-ondersteunde ticketconcepten of vertaling kunnen relevante tickettekst en technische context worden verwerkt door de ingestelde AI- of vertaalaanbieder, waaronder OpenAI. Medewerkers controleren AI-ticketantwoorden voordat ze worden verstuurd.
Ons bedrijf werkt vanuit de Verenigde Arabische Emiraten en bedient klanten internationaal. Gegevens kunnen worden verwerkt in de VAE, de EER en landen waar de betrokken aanbieder werkt, waaronder de Verenigde Staten. Als de toepasselijke wet een doorgiftemechanisme of aanvullende waarborgen vereist, moeten die op de doorgifte van toepassing zijn. Vraag ons naar de aanbieders en doorgifteafspraken die voor jouw gegevens gelden.
7. Bewaren en beveiligen
Wij bewaren account-, aanvraag- en supportgegevens zolang dat nodig is voor de relatie, de gevraagde dienst of openstaande kwesties. Voor transactie- en factuurgegevens gelden de toepasselijke wettelijke bewaartermijnen. Beveiligingslogboeken en backups kennen operationele bewaartermijnen. Bij verwijderverzoeken houden wij rekening met resterende wettelijke verplichtingen en geschillen. Een verwijderd live-record verdwijnt niet direct uit een bestaande backup; backups volgen hun eigen cyclus en worden niet gebruikt om marketing opnieuw te starten.
Wij gebruiken toegangsbeperkingen en technische maatregelen, zoals HTTPS en versleutelde Google-toegangsgegevens. Absolute veiligheid kan geen online dienst garanderen. Deel geen wachtwoorden, volledige betaalgegevens of onnodige persoonsgegevens via tickets.
8. Jouw keuzes en rechten
Afhankelijk van de toepasselijke wet kun je inzage, correctie, verwijdering, beperking of overdraagbaarheid vragen, bezwaar maken, toestemming intrekken en een klacht indienen bij de bevoegde privacytoezichthouder, waaronder de toezichthouder waar je in de EER woont of werkt. Mail je verzoek naar info@mychiptuningfiles.com. Wij kunnen proportionele informatie vragen om vast te stellen dat het verzoek jouw gegevens betreft.
Marketingtoeschrijving bewijst niet de identiteit van iedere bezoeker. Wij gebruiken haar niet om uitsluitend automatisch beslissingen met juridische of vergelijkbaar ingrijpende gevolgen voor klanten te nemen. Deze verklaring verandert je wettelijke rechten niet. Wij passen haar aan wanneer onze diensten of gegevenspraktijken veranderen; de datum bovenaan hoort bij deze versie.
